Pork Nachos

I came home from work today to find these ready for me :) My hubby dreamed up these beauties after hearing his co-workers rave about a local restaurant's pork nachos. He took tortilla chips and layered them with warmed refried beans, warmed Kirkland Smoked Pulled Pork from Costco (amazingly good), and shredded colby jack. He put it in the oven at 350 degrees until the cheese melted, then topped them with guacamole. They were so good I didn't need to add anything, although my hubby added Cholula, of course!
