BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger
Tonight dinner was simple, yet delicious. First, we fried up some bacon. Then, we took some of our organic ground beef from Costco and made patties with Worcestershire, seasoned salt, and pepper mixed in. We fried them up on the stove top with our grill pan and topped them with some colby jack cheese. We toasted up some Milton buns from Trader Joe's and stacked up our patties, bacon, shredded lettuce, beef steak tomato, and Bulls Eye BBQ sauce. We tossed up a quick salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, and croutons. It was a great Sunday meal.
We have some leftover apple pie and vanilla ice cream for dessert. I can't wait!
